Tristen White and Seth Griessel, students from Drakondale High School, have successfully completed their Skydive for Rhinos, a fundraising campaign in support of rhino conservation. The daring duo raised an impressive R12,000, which will be donated to Project Rhino, a renowned organization dedicated to protecting these majestic creatures.
The skydive took place at the Durban Skydive Center, where Tristen and Seth faced their fears and took the leap of faith, enjoying an exhilarating experience while supporting a worthy cause.
"We are thrilled to have exceeded our fundraising goal and being able to contribute to the vital work of Project Rhino," said Tristen White. "It was an incredible experience, and we're grateful for the support of our community."
Seth Griessel added, "We hope our efforts will inspire others to join the fight against rhino poaching and support conservation initiatives."
Project Rhino will utilize the funds raised to continue their efforts in protecting rhino populations and preserving their habitats.
Thank you to the community and family members for your support.
